1. Services

Uncasing provides digital asset consulting and sales including, but not limited to:

• Rare and aged social media usernames
• Aged social media accounts
• Follower growth packages
• Account recovery, appeal, and restriction advisory

All services are delivered digitally via Telegram.

2. Payment

All payments are made in cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, BNB, LTC). By submitting a payment you acknowledge:

• Crypto transactions are irreversible
• You must send the exact unique amount shown to ensure your order is matched
• We are not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address or in the wrong amount

3. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a service has been delivered or a username/account has been transferred. If there is a verified issue with delivery, contact us on Telegram immediately.

4. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Standard delivery is 1–3 business days depending on the service. Instant delivery services are fulfilled as fast as technically possible. Delays may occur due to platform-side processes outside our control.

5. Username & Account Transfers

For username and aged account purchases:

• You are responsible for securing the asset after transfer
• We are not liable for any platform actions (bans, restrictions) taken after delivery
• Swappable usernames are sold under the condition that the buyer accepts swap-related risks
• OG status is indicated in good faith based on available creation data

6. Follower Packages

Bot follower packages are social proof services. By purchasing you acknowledge:

• Followers may drop over time — retention guarantees apply where specified
• We are not responsible for any account action taken by the platform as a result of follower growth
• No login credentials are required from you

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, impersonation, or any activity that violates applicable laws or the terms of the relevant social media platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including design, copy, and code — is the property of Uncasing. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Uncasing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
